Sylvester Andrew Gasper

Sylvester A. Gasper “Sly” 64, of Taunton, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Longmeadow of Taunton. He was the beloved husband of Mary R. (Leonard) Gasper. They were married for thirty years.

Born in Taunton, he was the son of the late Manuel and Laura (Silvia) Gasper.

Sly worked as a grocery clerk at Trucchi’s Supermarket.

He loved wood carving, the Beatles, and his two cats, Prince and Princess.

Besides his wife Mary, he leaves behind his friends, Ray Broomhead, Brian Enos, Debbie Kotkowski, and Berta Palmer. He was preceded in death by his siblings.

To honor his family’s wishes, all funeral services will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
