Anita Lois (Carbone) Richmond

Anita L. Richmond , 77, of Taunton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 3, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Harvey L. Richmond.
Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Isgur) Carbone.

Prior to retirement she worked in the medical field as a Phlebotomist and Lab Technician for many years.

Anita was fun loving, enjoyed a good time with family and friends, loved her family deeply and her home. Her interests include reading and visiting Old Orchard Beach or any place with big waves. She was very artistic and enjoyed painting.

Mrs. Richmond is survived by her two children, Sharon Richmond of Taunton and David Richmond, also of Taunton; her grandchildren, Owen and Jayden Richmond, and Amy Lee Duquette; a sister-in-law, Margaret "Peg" Carbone of Stoughton; and many dear friends. She was the sister of the late Richard Carbone.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to visit with Anita's family on Wednesday , February 7, 2024, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm , at the Sowiecki-Snyder Home for Funerals, 69 West Britannia Street, Taunton. Interment will be held at a later date in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
